Many of us are finding it more difficult to manage  our schedules since returning from the quieter days during the lockdown. Do you find yourself  struggling to prioritize your time commitments with what really matters most as more and more opportunities come your way? Have you found comfort in doing less, but now find yourself being asked to do more? By looking at our schedule and noticing what feels in alignment with our values, we can be more intentional with what we say yes to and what we don’t.

Join AWC member and Life Coach Shannon Lubell as she leads us in this workshop to help you tap into your intuition as you make practical everyday decisions pertaining to your schedule. After noticing what feels right and what doesn’t, you’ll use a simple tool to help manage those things that you really don’t want to do and perhaps find more space for those that you do.

Please join us with an open mind, a comfortable chair, your weekly calendar,  and a notepad & pen. 

About Our Speaker

Shannon Lubell, MBA, ACC is a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach. She works with women who either want to change something that isn’t working or who find themselves in the middle of change, whether by choice or unexpectedly, and could use support.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher as well as an MBA in Finance, she loves to  incorporate both meditative, body-centered tools with more practical methodologies in her coaching practice, including personal finance tools. 

She looks forward to helping you push past social expectations and tap into your inner wisdom to better design the life your true  self desires.
